    Jiahong Precision Mould is a high-end mould factory under Homelink Eco-iTech. It has strong mould design and manufacturing capabilities. After years of technical accumulation and research and development, especially in thin-wall injection molding and multi-cavity, stack mold, two-color injection molding and other processes, we has profound technical experience and case accumulation and has been affirmed by high-end customers such as IKEA, Yum, and Heytea. We can provide customers with one-stop solutions such as mold design, precision manufacturing, injection molding equipment advice, and high-efficiency energy-saving program planning.
  • Blister workshop

    At present, there are four blister workshops, including 4 digital production lines, with PLM as the main line, MES as the core, and the industry's top blister equipment as the support, to realize the interconnection between systems and equipment, then through automatic conveying lines, automatic printing machines, automatic packing, palletizing robots, AgV trolley intelligent logistics to achieve fully automatic unmanned process. The average production capacity of a single production line is 800,000 pieces/day.
  • Injection workshop

    At present, we have 9 injection molding workshops and nearly 400 injection molding equipment. We have been focusing on injection molding products for more than ten years and we are drafting unit of many national standards and a global leader in this industry. Among them, IKEA's digital workshop has become a model workshop of intelligent manufacturing in Ningbo.
  • Automated packaging workshop(tableware pack)

    It has a number of automatic production lines for tableware pack, and realizes mechanical operations from the production of multi-accessory tableware, seasoning bags, napkin, etc. The intelligent manufacturing production line has obtained a number of inventions and utility model patent technologies, which can meet the large volume and customized needs of customers.
  • Blow molding workshop

    Our company has both two-step and one-step blowing equipment, and is equipped with a number of professional bottle blowing technology R&D personnel, which can meet the customized needs of customers for different bottle types. At present, the products are mainly used in packaging products in the catering industry, special-shaped cosmetics, baby products, as well as a variety of household daily necessities.
  • Fully degradable material modification workshop

    Through independent research and development, we have mastered the process technology and process for customized modification of biodegradable materials. Biodegradable modified materials based on polylactic acid have obtained a number of patents and have been put into large-scale production. The factory has 20 automated production lines with an annual output of 100,000 tons, making it the largest degradable material modification workshop in China.
  • Fully degradable film bag workshop

    It was put into production in 2020, and there are 40 multi-color film blowing and printing production lines and more than 20 bag making equipment. It can realize 6-color printing and meet the customization of various fully degradable bags such as point-break flat mouth type, vest type, special-shaped compact bag, etc. The product quality has been recognized by well-known Chinese brands such as Hema Fresh, Yuan Ji Yun Jiao, HEYTEA, Good Me, and Qifentian.
  • Paper Product Workshop

    The paper product workshop of Homelink Eco-iTech mainly produces paper straws, paper cups, paper trays and other products. In terms of quality and production capacity, we are in a important position in the industry. Among them, the paper straw workshop is highly automated, with a daily production capacity of 30 million pieces.
  • Straw/Paper Straw Workshop

    The workshop has nearly 150 high-speed straw equipment, mainly producing fully degradable heat-resistant straws and PLA cold drink straws. At present, the market demand for such products is strong, and our products have been recognized by a large number of tea and coffee chain brand enterprises.

We have an independent R&D center and experiment center, with a technical R&D team of more than 100 people. Our new products can be seamlessly connected from R&D, pilot testing to industry. We have obtained more than 120 patents and have led and participated in the development of more than 10 national standards and industry standards, including GB/T18006.3-2020 "General Technical Requirements for Disposable Biodegradable Tableware" and GB/T41008-2021 "Biodegradable Drinking Straws", and our products have passed BPI and DIN certifications.
